Employer: Poster House, New York, NY
Salary: $37 per hour

Responsibilities:

Data entry and cataloguing of Poster House collection posters in the database, TMS (approx. 100 entries per day), with appropriate tagging and key words
Assist the Collections Manager with the shipping and receiving of artwork for the permanent collection
Oversee regular photo shoots of collection objects with a professional photographer and art handler
Receive images from Collection Manager to upload in database
Assist Collections Manager in the intake and evaluation of works for rotating exhibitions, including help with creating exhibition condition reports and checklists
Participate in acquisitions committee meetings
Catalogue and add new titles to the library database
