The Curatorial Assistant is a seasonal “Park Interpretive Specialist” position. Employee will function as a curatorial assistant, responsible for unpacking, inventory assessment, handling, cleaning, cataloguing, object photography, moving, and rehousing of museum objects belonging to Capital District, at the off-site collection facility. Will report to the Curator I. Knowledge of object handling and cleaning procedures, and basic principles of conservation, are needed to carry out assigned responsibilities.
